Order processing procedure - four simple steps:

1. Click on the Package/Item you would like to purchase

2. Select your residency from the four categories listed on the pop-up order screen, i.e.
a) International (outside North America) b) United States c) Canada (except Ontario) d) Ontario residents
You will then be redirected back to the Products Page.
Your payment currency will now be reflected for your purchase.

3. Reselect your purchase and will be directed to checkout through PayPal*
*In the world of technology and browser programs, there may be a technical problem ordering online. If this occurs, please contact us direct by phone or email so we can arrange for your order to be processed.

4. Shopping Cart Check out using PayPal secure online payment system. You do not require an existing account to use PayPal.

Confirmed online orders:
You will receive a purchase order confirmation from PayPal and Spectrahue.
All orders are shipped (insured) from Canada within 72 hours (let us know if you require
immediate delivery).
When ordering online, please provide a phone number by email for shipping documents.
If applicable, please indicate your preference for DVD or Video training with your Lumalight.

Taxes and Duties:
Tax applies to residents of Canada (charged direct on online ordering system)
Taxes and duties may apply on orders shipped outside of Canada.
Each US State and Country (outside of Canada) have their own import regulations and tax structure.
The purchaser is responsible for tax charges (if applicable) upon receipt of shipment.
We do not charge your account for Country tax if you reside outside of Canada.
