- Course fees do not include transportation, accommodation, insurance and expenses.
We understand certain circumstances may require you to cancel or postpone your attendance at a Lumalight course. We’ll do our best to accommodate you with a place at our next workshop.
- Cancellations may be made up to 45 days prior to the class: A full refund will be provided, less a $50 administrative, plus applicable credit card fees.
- Cancellations between 30 and 45 days prior to the class, 50% will be refunded.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within 30 days of the workshop. You may, however, apply the course fee to a future course or training within a 12 month period for any course offered by Spectrahue.
- Cancellations must be received by confirmed e-mail from us.
- If the situation arises where we need to cancel or reschedule a course date after your payment is received, you’ll be notified by email/phone.
- Our apologizes, but we’re not responsible for travel expenses if course is canceled due to any situations.
- You’ll have the option of attending another workshop held by us.
- We’ll also compensate you with a $100 credit towards a Spectrahue product if we change the course date after course confirmation (no cash value).
