– We only accept orders to billing/delivery addresses in Canada/USA. - You may need to notify your credit card company to authorize the purchase.

#3. Physical Product Warranty Policy:
- If your order is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt to arrange for the replacement of part(s) or item.
- Due to our products’ artisan nature and uniqueness, there are slight irregularities in filters, penlights, cases, and accessories; this does not constitute a flaw.
