#1. Let’s begin your light wisdom journey.

#2. Learning steps of physical materials.

1. First read: “Let’s Get Started” brochure.

2. Review: “Preliminary Information” section in the blue reference manual.
   – cleaning, maintenance, light set instructions
   – content review session*

3. Watch: “Energetically Correct” DVD series
   – learn practical and instructional chromotherapy use
   – practice along and make diagrams, notes
   – perform penlight moves, switch colors/shapes
   – content review sessions*

4. Study: Golden Light books in sequence:
   – learn more about Lumalight colors and geometries
   – practice each book’s exercises, techniques, meditations, etc.
   – content review sessions*

5. Psychic: Strengthen and exercise intuition:
   – Spectrahue Universal Tarot
   – Spectrahue GeoColor Playdeck
   – Dowsing charts, beveled mirror use
   – utilized in most review sessions*

6. Color Therapy for Animals (add-on purchase option)

#3. Best care practice for your light set.

Here is a quick guide on how to care for your light set.

Battery use guidelines:

• Only use high-quality AA Alkaline batteries
• Insert both Positive (+) tips first into penlight barrel.
• Never use rechargeable batteries
• Never use lithium batteries
• Do not mix battery brands
• Do not mix old/new batteries
• Take batteries out when not in use
• Store batteries properly
• Dispose of batteries safely

a) Penlight assembly:

1. Insert two batteries, positive ends (+) first into penlight barrel.
2. Replace the battery cap and close it gently.
3. Twist turn the top portion of the penlight into the “ON” position (right).
4. The bulb will light up when the connection occurs.
   – ensure the light bulb is secure in the holder
   – adjust the bulb slightly if it does not light up/flickers
5. Clip-on filter cap, ensure its rim is securely on.
6. Twist the top portion to turn the light into the “OFF” position (left).
7. Adjust bulb/battery contact (if necessary).
   – remove the battery cap
   – adjust the spring (gently)
   – re-position for bulb/battery contact

b) Miniature lamps, or light bulbs, for penlights.

• Only use miniature lamp with a screw base (243 2.33V .27A/TL-3).
  –  never use other light sources or LEDs
• The life duration of this light source varies; keep a supply.
• Never take bulb holder apart or remove it from the barrel.
  (consists of white plastic sleeve, metal base, black O-Ring)

How to change light bulb:

Ensure your hands are free of creams and oils during handling.

1. Twist off the top portion of the penlight.
2. Unscrew the existing bulb in the holder.
3. Replace with a new bulb.
4. Adjust the bulb for battery contact.

Note: Keep O-Ring on holder to change light bulb; it can be fidgety at times.

c) Color Filters

• Handle glass filters with care.
• Avoid contact with liquids, creams, and oils.
• After use, return them to their labeled spot in the case.

d) Geometry Inserts

• Handle these delicate discs with care.
• Store them under foam in oak box or in geometry case.

#4. Troubleshooting your light tools.

You’ll need to adjust the light bulb from time to time.

a) Flickering light ON/OFF

1. Twist off the barrel top part from the main barrel.
2. Gently adjust the bulb until the battery connection is made and lights up.
3. Test the on/off mechanism by turning the barrel top in both directions.

Alternatively

1. Remove the battery cap.
2. Gently stretch the coil spring and replace it with the battery cap.
   – This spring ensures a battery/bulb connection.
   –  Insert both batteries with positive tips (+) first.
3. You may also need to:
   a) Adjust the light bulb again.
   b) Then, test the ON/OFF switch.

b) Stuck battery cap

1. The cap will seal shut if the batteries leak in the penlight barrel.
2. Do not try to wrench it open to clean it inside, as battery fluid is a toxic substance.
3. The product is no longer usable and cannot be refurbished after a leakage.

Important: Always remove batteries when not in use.

#5. Can I purchase a replacement item?

As a Loyalty Program Member, you may be able to place a custom order.

To assist you, we’ll need your year of purchase from us.

1. We may have a replacement item for your model.*
   – if purchased direct from us after January 2020
2. If an item is no longer available, there may be an option.
   – i.e. components or educational materials (physical))

 *Age, weather, and use can alter the penlight/filter of new fittings.
